Our prayer room is a sacred space located in the Brown Lupton Center on the second floor.

This space is available for anyone who is part of the Texas Wesleyan community. It was created to provide a quiet space for prayer and meditation to individuals of all religious and non-religious backgrounds.

Located within the room's cabinet are

• Various religious icons
• Small altar
• Muslim prayer rugs
• Yoga mats

A padded kneeler and floor pillows are in the larger space. These items are for your use to aid in your time of contemplation.

We realize the prayer room is a constant work in progress. If there are items you would like to have placed in the room, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Please email the chaplain, Gladys Childs, with questions or comments.
