If you get stuck or feel like your brain's running on autopilot, the Academic Success Center’s got your back! They have tutors who'll help you crack those tough classes without breaking a sweat. From turning math nightmares into a breeze to mastering the art of writing an A+ essay, these tutors have your back.
They also offer workshops on topics like note taking, test taking, managing stress and more.

It’s never too early to think about life after graduation. From discovering what major works best for your dream job to finding an internship and heading to grad school, Career Services is here to help. They cover everything from practicing for interviews, getting your resume and cover letter ready to getting networking opportunities. Stop by this semester and start getting ready to land that dream job or head to grad school — yes, even you freshmen!

Managing school, work, sports, friends, family — it’s exhausting sometimes. Our counseling center is free for students and allows you to get help with a variety of things, like stress, anxiety, depression and more. Sessions are confidential and can be done in person or online.

Feeling under the weather or needing to talk to someone in the middle of the night? Check out TimelyCare. It's a 24/7 virtual medical and mental health care platform that allows you to connect with medical professionals for free. TimelyCare provides treatment for common illnesses like the cold and flu, on-demand access to mental health professionals, scheduled counseling appointments, health and wellness coaching, psychiatry and more. Services are available in over 240 languages, and you can also request professionals that have culturally competent training.

Did you know getting about 30 minutes of exercise in a day can help reduce stress and anxiety and improve your overall mental and physical performance? It’s true! Several research studies have shown that physical activity can improve your memory. That means all those hours studying may actually stick in your brain a little better if you add in some exercise.
The Morton Fitness Center is our free on-campus gym that is fully equipped with a weight room, cardio room, studio, locker rooms and showers. Just show your student ID at the front desk and get moving!
