How to Reserve a Meeting or Event Space on Campus

Planning a meeting, event or class session that requires a reserved space on campus? We have a streamlined process to help faculty and staff secure the right room for their needs.
To request a room reservation, simply visit the Facilities Request Forms page. There, you'll find the official request form, along with training materials to guide you through the process. Whether you're booking a conference room or event space, following this process ensures that your request is handled efficiently.
Please note that some rooms may not appear in the reservation request form. If you encounter any issues or need to reserve a space not listed, reach out to reservations@txwes.edu for assistance.
Be sure to submit your request two weeks in advance of the event to allow for proper scheduling.
