Can Art

Bring your cans and creativity from 12:15-6 p.m. on Nov. 8 in the lobby area of Brown-Lupton Campus Center, build a can sculpture, donate to the Tarrant Area Food bank and compete to win bragging rights and great prizes.

At noon on Nov. 9, Mortar Board will be judging the entries on size, structure and creativity. The top three competitors will be awarded prizes and ribbons for their efforts. Texas Wesleyan will donate all the food to the Tarrant Area Food Bank, for them to distribute to families in need, just in time for the holidays.

Want to help but don’t want to make a sculpture? You can still participate by donating food in the designated boxes in the lobby of Brown-Lupton beginning Oct. 31.

Space for competitors is extremely limited, so register today. To learn more and sign up as a team or a free agent, visit here.
