During this year’s health fair on Oct. 31, Catapult Health will be on site performing biometric screenings.  The required minimum to offer this service is 50 people.  For that reason, we are starting the registration process early to ensure that we can make the required minimum.

Who is eligible?

All employees, spouses and dependents (18+) enrolled in the BCBS health plan are invited to benefit from this service at NO COST.

What’s included?

• Diabetes, blood pressure and depression screening
• Cholesterol screening for heart disease
• Height and weight measurements
• Family history & medication review

What to expect?

• Schedule your onsite appointment
• During the onsite appointment, get a quick blood draw and blood pressure check
• Schedule a virtual consultation to go over your results
• Meet virtually with a nurse practitioner

When are appointments available?

Appointments are available on Oct. 31 during our annual employee health fair. Catapult will take appointments from 8-3 p.m.

Why do you need a checkup?

Why not?  Every adult needs an annual preventive checkup, and this is the most convenient, safest and empowering way to get one.
