Sam earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of Texas at Tyler, her Master of Education from Southern Methodist University and is currently working on her Doctorate degree at Texas Christian University. Sam has spent several years working in Residence Life and Student Affairs, both during her undergrad as an RA and in grad school as an Assistant Residential Community Director. Prior to joining the Texas Wesleyan University team, she worked as a Residence Hall Director at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri. When she isn't working, Sam enjoys reading, painting, doing needlework, playing with her two dogs Gibbs and McGee, and spending time with her family and friends.
