In January, Career Services arranged for five students to attend the 2017 Fed and You event at the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas. This event is designed especially for students, faculty and Career Center staff to meet with Federal Reserve employees and hiring managers to learn about the unique career and internship opportunities at the FRB as well as its history, function and role in our economy.

Students heard from the Vice President and COO of the Dallas Fed, the Community Engagement Director, Human Resources Officers and participated in a "Fed Family" panel discussion and engaged with FRB employees at their table. Students provided their resume to FRB internship recruitment officers and made valuable connections with Federal Reserve employees they may be working with in the future.
