Robing and Hooding Ceremony

The Spring 2026 Robing and Hooding Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 14, at 11:00 a.m. at Nicholas Martin Hall in the Ann Waggoner Fine Arts Building on the Texas Wesleyan University Campus. Campus Map

Graduates who want to participate will need to choose a faculty member who has been meaningful to them during their time at Texas Wesleyan University. The graduate must confirm with the faculty member they have chosen to robe/hood them. The faculty member must be full- or part-time; coaches and staff are not able to participate.

Guest Information for Robing and Hooding

Graduates who submitted an RSVP are allowed two guests. Guests do not need a ticket to attend. Doors open one hour before ceremony begins. Seating is on a first come, first- served basis. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available.  Email graduation@txwes.edu for accommodations.
