Volunteer at Michelada Fest

We are excited to host a Texas Wesleyan table at Michelada Fest on October 12 from 12–8 PM!

We are seeking volunteers to represent our university and Hispanic heritage at this vibrant outdoor festival. The event draws thousands each year and supports Connect Respect, with proceeds benefiting scholarships from the Texas Wesleyan Alumni Association and the Mexican-American College Education Fund (MACE).

The event is held by the non-profit organization Connect Respect, whose founder, Patricia Castillo, is a proud two-time TXWES alumna (Patricia received her B.S. in Mass Communication in 1997 and her MBA in 2008) and member of the TXWES Alumni Association Board of Directors. Connect Respect donates a portion of the event proceeds to fund scholarships awarded by the Texas Wesleyan Alumni Association.
