Upward Bound students show their skills in robotics and current events

For the third year, students in Texas Wesleyan’s Upward Bound program showed off their coding and STEM skills during a robotics competition.
As featured on CBS 11 and Fox 4, students competed with creations than ran with remote controls, as well as on their own through pre-programmed directions.
New this year, students not taking part in the robotics competition went head-to-head in a current events debate covering U.S. immigration issues.
