Need tips for college success? ASC workshops begin Jan. 27

01.22.2015 | By: Texas Wesleyan University
Texas Wesleyan students study in the library.

Are you the type of student who takes class notes by taking a picture with their phone?

Do you ever use your textbook?

Is MLA just another foreign language to you?

We know that life as a college student can be challenging and overwhelming, that's why the ASC offers support to help you become a more successful student.

Attend an Academic Success Center Workshop, and you can learn tips to make your life as a college student easier. The workshops can help you become better at taking notes, reading your textbooks, managing your stress and learning better ways to study. These are just a few of the many topics that our workshops cover.

The first workshop, Note-Taking & Textbook Reading, is at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, in the Library Orientation Room

Come by the ASC to get your copy of the Spring 2015 Workshop Schedule.
