What is fake news? How do you pick it out and seperate it from the real news? What about disinformation and conspiracy theories? Join the West Library's Dennis Miles at 3 p.m. on Oct. 16! In this session, we'll discuss:

  • The differences between misinformation, disinformation and conspiracy theories and fake news
  • How do people fall for these types of information
  • How to detect and avoid information of this type on the web
