We offer many opportunities to get involved in the psychology profession while you're still a student. Through these opportunities, you get valuable experience and make connections with faculty, staff and other students.
To help you get more involved in the field of psychology, we offer three different types of voluntary internships in counseling, research and teaching. Download the internship packet today and talk to your faculty advisor about specific internship details.
On top of formal internships, there are different opportunities for students to get involved in faculty research. The Texas Wesleyan University Psychology Department Undergraduate Research Grant provides a maximum of $250 for students to use for research or expenses they may have for research-related travel. The research grant is awarded to the most qualified applicants.
