Theatre Wesleyan had a special guest at the Thursday, February 15 opening night performance of Exit, Pursued By A Bear

Acclaimed playwright Lauren Gunderson, noted by American Theatre magazine as "the most produced playwright in America", stopped by to support our students and see her play on stage.

"I would have loved to have had a theatre like this when I was [studying] theatre in college," Gunderson said when she was invited on stage after the curtain call. "To do [this play] with that effort and the artistry that you had... I'm so proud of y'all and I'm so grateful."
