About Professor Aragao
Dr. Aragao's primary research interest is in “knowledge”. Her research emphasizes the mechanisms that allow firms to acquire and store knowledge for future use. She is also interested in examining what drives knowledge creation and acquisition, and the role climate plays in this process. Overall, her research interests relate to organizational learning, organizational memory, absorptive capacity, innovation, exploitation, exploration, voice climate, social media, and virtual work settings.
