05.17.2019 | By: Texas Wesleyan University

Due to the strong potential for heavy rain, the location for student/graduate check-in for the 2019 Spring Commencement has changed. Below is a link to a map outlining the changes. All students and guests should plan for heavy traffic and heavy rain. It is advised that students arrive by 8:30 a.m.

Students who are carpooling with guests should follow the student drop-off traffic flow (shown in red). Once the student is dropped off at the check-in location (marked with an X), guests should continue to follow the traffic flow to the parking lot.

Students driving themselves

Students who are planning to drive themselves, should follow the guest parking traffic flow (shown in yellow) to the parking lots. Once parked, the student should proceed to the student check-in location (marked with an X).

Guests should follow the guest parking traffic flow (shown in yellow) to the guest parking lot then proceed to the MacGorman Chapel (show with a blue circle).
