Fall 2022 Undergraduate Robing Ceremony

The Undergraduate Robing Convocation allows graduates to honor a faculty member that made an impact on them. 

Undergraduate Students 

  • 10 a.m. — arrive in the Science Lecture Theater
  • You will be placed in order and receive final instructions
  • Bring your robe and hood

Please note: Caps and cords are not needed for robing or hooding. Please leave personal items such as bags and purses with family, at home, or in your car.

Ticket Information

All guests must have a ticket to attend the Robing and Hooding Ceremonies. Beginning November 21 through December 9, graduates who sign up to participate by November 14 can request their two (2) guest tickets to the ceremonies through the links provided to them.

Attire

Business attire should be worn to the Robing and Hooding Ceremonies. Warning: Be careful with your heels. You have to climb stairs to get to the stage.

Graduates who arrive with an unprofessional appearance or displaying unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave the ceremony.
