This panel of Texas Wesleyan University Latina administrators shared their experiences as school leaders, advocacy, and impact. They addressed their challenges and opportunities as leaders as they navigated current educational issues such as severe teacher shortages, best teaching practices, training, parent engagement, and school safety.

The goal of this panel was to share Latina leaders' experiences and challenges and to focus on solutions to ensure pathways for eliminating barriers that might limit the momentum of optimal student achievement.
