For Traditional Semesters (Summer, Fall & Spring) and Online BBA pathway
Loan funds will be disbursed to your student account for students who are enrolled at least half-time and who have met all other aid eligibility requirements. After applying the funds to your outstanding balance, Texas Wesleyan University will refund any remaining funds to you within 14 days of the disbursement to your student account.*

For Graduate 7-Week Accelerated Courses
Your loan funds are disbursed for each 7-week session once it is verified that you're taking at least 5 credit hours. For example, you've enrolled in 3 credit hours the first session of the fall semester and 2 credit hours in the second fall session—the loan will be disbursed when we verify you are enrolled in at least 5 credits.
