This event is a part of the Virtual Alumni Reunion Week and is open to alumni, students, faculty, staff and University friends.

Unwind and destress with this unique interactive yoga and wellness event. Brought to us by Ensō Apothecary, one of the newest business additions to the Rosedale renaissance and Texas Wesleyan community, the evening will focus on caring for body, mind and spirit.

The event will start with a short and easy yoga class. You can then relax with a beverage and hear from Ensō owner Tamara Johnson as she talks about optimizing your self-care routine holistically.

Thank you to Moritz Dealerships for sponsoring the 2021 Virtual Alumni Reunion.
