Support Texas Wesleyan on North Texas Giving Day

09.15.2023 | By: University Advancement

North Texas Giving Day is Thursday, Sept. 21, and we are asking all members of the Texas Wesleyan community to be a part of this movement and make a gift to support TXWES and our students.

Our goal is to raise $30,000 between now and Sept. 21, and we need your help to reach — and exceed — our goal. Early giving has begun, so please click here to make your gift now. Or, on Sept. 21, you're invited to stop by Lou's Place (1112 Wesleyan St.) on campus between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. and make your gift while enjoying some coffee and homemade baked goods as a thank-you for your support.

What is North Texas Giving Day?

North Texas Giving Day (NTGD) is a region-wide movement that celebrates the important impact every person has in making their community better and stronger.

Why should I give?

Simply stated, I AM TXWES and YOU ARE TXWES. Your support makes a huge impact on Texas Wesleyan University. Your gift ensures university excellence by providing immediate support to the University and our students and helps to bridge the gap for students who need extra aid. Gifts made on or before Sept. 21 go further with bonus funds available through the Community Foundation of Texas. So, NOW is the perfect time to give!

How else can I help?

Spread the word and help us go even farther for our students! Share our messages and encourage your friends and family to give. Share this story on social media to support TXWES on North Texas Giving Day. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for upcoming Giving Day posts.

The success that Texas Wesleyan has experienced is possible thanks to the generous donations of alumni, parents, students, friends and businesses. Your donations help to not only grow our campus and allow us to stay up-to-date with technology, but give students a world of opportunities and remove financial barriers.
