We are delighted to announce updates to the Texas Wesleyan University retirement plans beginning on or around March 20, 2020.

The opportunities you have to plan and save for your financial future are important. Therefore, the university recently conducted a review of the retirement plans and recommended some important changes. The changes do not require you to take any action at this time.

While the basic design of the retirement plans, including contribution rates, eligibility, and vesting requirements, remain the same, we’ll introduce:

• A single service provider
• New TIAA accounts
• New investment options
• An opportunity to make Roth retirement plan contributions
• Retirement plan investment advice
• Changes to retirement plan fees

The upcoming enhancements provide an excellent opportunity for you to revisit your retirement plan options. A transition guide with additional information will be mailed to you in late February. Carefully review the guide for more details on key dates, upcoming information sessions and resources available to you.
