Student Employment Program

Texas Wesleyan University's Student Employment Program (SEP) is designed for experiential learning that will inspire, mentor and coach students for professional expectations and career endeavors.

Positions within SEP are generally on-campus jobs, with opportunities to partner with companies off-campus. Students may participate in the program as a student assistant or via federal work study. All students will receive guidance, resources and job skills they can apply towards their career after college life. We focus on responsibility, accountability, job etiquette and many other professional and personal aspects of employment.

In order for the SEP to be successful, we encourage Texas Wesleyan students to take advantage of this unique experience.
