What is Ramlink?

Ramlink is an easy-to-use web interface that allows you to securely access your academic and financial records. You will use Ramlink to view your schedule, make payments, view grades, search for courses and register for classes.

Access Ramlink Now

First time logging in?

Follow these simple steps to successfully get your credentials and log into the Ramlink system.

Navigate to Ramlink: https://txwes.edu/ramlink
Enter the username and temporary password that were emailed to you. You'll also need your student ID
Click "Log In"
Click on the "Students" button to access the Student Menu
Click on the appropriate link to access the desired area within Ramlink

Financial Information

Once you have successfully logged into Ramlink and have navigated to the Student Menu, you can find:

Account Summary by Term, 1098-T, Make a payment

Summary by Term

      What you owe

View My 1098-T Information

      The amount of your refund

Make a payment

      How to pay off a balance

Account Summary By Term

Contact the Cashier’s Office to pay a balance in full or set up a payment plan. You can also set up a payment plan or pay your balance by going online: http://www.txwes.edu/cashier/

Financial Aid

Financial aid status by year or term

To view your status: Select viewing option from Financial Aid section - Year or Term

You can view and print your award letter by selecting Financial Aid Award Letter in the Financial Aid section

Online Registration

Once you have successfully logged into Ramlink and have navigated to the Student Menu, you can access the "Registration" portion of the "Student Menu" in order to:

Search for Classes

1. Select Search for Classes from Registration section

2. Select term

3. Choose a subject. All available courses will display

4. Click the Submit button

Register for Classes

1. Select Register for Classes from Registration section

2. From the new screen that appears: Choose which type of registration to use

3. Fill in information then click the Submit button

Search/Register for classes

1. Select Search and Register for Classes from Registration for Sections

2. From the new screen that appears: Choose which type of registration to use

3. Fill in information then click the Submit button

Drop classes

1. Select Register and Drop Classes from Registration sections

2. A list of all the classes you have registered will appear

Academic Planning

Use this section to view your degree plan.

1. Click the "Degree Audit" hyperlink

2. Select your Program and click the Submit button

Your degree plan audit will show:

: 1. What classes you have taken
: 2. What classes you still need to finish your degree

Important Information

You must be signed into RAMLINK to view your Financial Aid

You must be signed into RAMLINK to register for classes

You do not have to be signed into RAMLINK to view available classes

Financial Holds

: Financial Aid DOES NOT put financial holds on your account. Holds are put on your account by the Cashier’s Office when there is a balance owed. Contact the Cashier’s Office (817-531-4456) to determine what you need to do to have a hold removed.

Refund Check

: If you are eligible for a refund, meaning you have financial aid beyond your costs, a refund check will be issued by the Cashier’s Office. You will receive an email to your Ram Mail account when your check is ready.

FAFSA

: To check if your FAFSA or other requested documentation has been received (such as Income Statements or Verification Worksheets) use the Communication section in RAMLINK.
1. Go to Ramlink: http://ramlink.txwes.edu
2. Sign into RAMLINK
3. Click Students to access Student Menu
4. In the Communication section – click on My Documents
5. When you see the Status of the document is Received – your document was received and being processed.

If you forget your User ID:

: 1. Go to RAMLINK: http://ramlink.txwes.edu
2. Click on Account Information
3. Click on What’s my User ID?
4. Submit the requested information to get your USER ID

If you forget your password:

: Call the IT HELP Desk (817-531-4428) to have your password reset

If you need to change your password:

: 1. Go to RAMLINK: http://ramlink.txwes.edu
2. Click Students to access Student Menu
3. In the User Account section – click on Change Password
4. Enter requested information to find your User ID in the system – then change password
