Financial Information

Once you have successfully logged into Ramlink and have navigated to the Student Menu, you can find:

Account Summary by Term, 1098-T, Make a payment

Financial Aid

Online Registration

Academic Planning

Use this section to view your degree plan.

 

1. Click the "Degree Audit" hyperlink

2. Select your Program and click the Submit button

 

Your degree plan audit will show:

1. What classes you have taken

2. What classes you still need to finish your degree

Important Information

You must be signed into RAMLINK to view your Financial Aid

You must be signed into RAMLINK to register for classes

You do not have to be signed into RAMLINK to view available classes

Financial Holds

Financial Aid DOES NOT put financial holds on your account. Holds are put on your account by the Cashier’s Office when there is a balance owed. Contact the Cashier’s Office (817-531-4456) to determine what you need to do to have a hold removed.

Refund Check

If you are eligible for a refund, meaning you have financial aid beyond your costs, a refund check will be issued by the Cashier’s Office. You will receive an email to your Ram Mail account when your check is ready.

FAFSA

To check if your FAFSA or other requested documentation has been received (such as Income Statements or Verification Worksheets) use the Communication section in RAMLINK.
1. Go to Ramlink: http://ramlink.txwes.edu
2. Sign into RAMLINK
3. Click Students to access Student Menu
4. In the Communication section – click on My Documents
5. When you see the Status of the document is Received – your document was received and being processed.

If you forget your User ID:

1. Go to RAMLINK: http://ramlink.txwes.edu
2. Click on Account Information
3. Click on What’s my User ID?
4. Submit the requested information to get your USER ID

If you forget your password:

Call the IT HELP Desk (817-531-4428) to have your password reset

If you need to change your password:

1. Go to RAMLINK: http://ramlink.txwes.edu
2. Click Students to access Student Menu
3. In the User Account section – click on Change Password
4. Enter requested information to find your User ID in the system – then change password
