08.03.2013 | By: Texas Wesleyan University

Music has always been a part of Texas Wesleyan – all the way back to its roots in 1890. The inset shows an orchestra performing in 1942, when the institution was still known as Texas Wesleyan College. The background photo shows Texas Wesleyan University’s primary musical home, Nicholas Martin Hall, which is located in the Ann Waggoner Fine Arts Building. Throughout the year, numerous events are held in Martin Hall, including the President’s Honors Concert,Guitar Fort Worth’s classical series, student recitals, and symphony performances.
