Theatre Wesleyan will present Playmarket 2012 at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 6, in the Thad Smotherman Theatre, located at Binkley St. and Ave. E.

Playmarket is a showcase of original student work and an opportunity for playwrights to workshop new scripts. The event is the final of Theatre Wesleyan’s 2012 season and will feature scenes from eight original, student-written plays, which will be read by an alumni and student reading troupe.

Admission to the event is free and all are welcome to attend.
