Pam Rast to be inducted to SWATA Hall of Fame

Pamela D. Rast, Ph.D., LAT, ATC, kinesiology department chair and athletic training program director, will be inducted into the Southwest Athletic Trainers' Association (SWATA) Hall of Fame.

Pamela D. Rast, Ph.D., LAT, ATC, kinesiology department chair and athletic training program director, will be inducted into the Southwest Athletic Trainers' Association (SWATA) Hall of Fame. 

SWATA is District VI of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA). There are 10 districts that make up NATA.

The SWATA Hall of Fame is the highest honor a member of the district can receive and was developed for the purpose of honoring members whose dedicated service, past achievements and professional contributions have furthered the advancement of the SWATA and the athletic training profession.

Rast will be inducted in July 2015.
