Texas Wesleyan University announced today that it has separated from employment with head baseball coach Mike Jeffcoat.

“The comments by Jeffcoat as head baseball coach are in no way a reflection of Texas Wesleyan or its values. We do not tolerate discrimination,” said University President Frederick G. Slabach during a press conference at noon today.
