What do all those abbreviations and names mean?

Zumba is a high-energy class that combines Latin music with unique moves and combinations. You’ll have fun and dance your worries away.

H.I.I.T. stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and it shapes and defines legs, arms and shoulders. You’ll burn more than 500 calories with sports drills and exercises. What’s left? Dynamite abs and a solid core.

H.I.R.T. is High Intensity Resistance Training. It’s a workout that will strengthen and tone your entire body using a 60-minute interval workout that focuses on all major muscle groups and tests your strength and endurance.

CHAOS is one of the most intense workouts the Morton Fitness Center has to offer. It’s a 60-minute, high energy and calorie consuming interval workout. In CHAOS, you’ll burn more than 700 calories while enjoying simple moves and pumping music.

Yoga – you know this one. It’s a mind-and-body workout for all fitness levels. It incorporates breathing techniques, posture balance and meditation. This class will also provide yogis with more strength and flexibility.

Insanity features the use of explosive cardio and plyometric drills along with nonstop intervals of cardiovascular strength and power for the ultimate conditioning program. This one ain’t for the mentally weak!

What does it cost?
