Texas Wesleyan’s inaugural football season is underway and the university is recruiting faculty, staff, alumni and students to volunteer on Game Day to help with everything from selling and taking tickets to driving golf carts.
Faculty, staff and alumni volunteers will receive free admission to the game. ALL students receive free admission to football games. Most volunteer duties will wrap-up by kick-off so volunteers will not have to miss the game.
How do I volunteer?
Let us know you’re coming by filling out the form below. Then, all you have to do is show up at Farrington Field, 1501 University Dr., at noon on Game Day. Ricky Dotson, associate athletic director and head of the Game Day Committee, will you your assign your job upon arrival. Park toward the back or middle of the east side parking lot. You’ll meet up with Ricky and the other volunteers at the east ticket gate at noon.
If you have already filled out the Volunteer form below, you don’t have to fill it out again.
What should I wear?
Game Day volunteers should wear blue Texas Wesleyan T-shirts. If you need one, let us know in the form below. On Game Day, you will also be given a Staff or Volunteer badge to wear around your neck. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes and plenty of sunscreen.
