University to host Summit for Action and Change Feb. 24-25

Feb. 23 Update: The 2nd Annual Summit for Action and Change will be held virtually due to winter weather. The Tarrant County Black Historical & Genealogical Society Tour of Fort Worth has been canceled, but all other events have been moved online. Check out the links below to join!

 

The 2nd Annual Summit for Action and Change will explore and educate our campus community on the 'how' to affect change on campus and in our community. The summit is a collaborative effort between the Division of Student Affairs, Athletics and the Diversity and Inclusion Council. Session topics include:

• Climate Change and Environmental Impact

• How to Advocate Needs to TXWES

• Failure for the Win!

• Trending Til It's Not: Allyship

First Amendment and You

• Intersectionality

• Keynote and Session with Dr. Hotchkins

Each day ends with Applied Table topics presented by RSOs.
