Sua Jeon, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Marketing. Dr. Jeon received her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of North Texas. Her research interest is the areas of brand management, knowledge management and relationship between knowledge or intellectual capital and customer value creation.
To date, her research appears in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Family & Consumer Sciences, and Routledge Companion to Brand Management. Dr. Jeon has also presented at American Marketing Association (AMA), the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS), the American Collegiate Retailing Association (ACRA), the Babson Retail Supply Chain Center and International Textile and Apparel Association (ITAA).
Dr. Jeon has a Bachelor degree in Public Administration from Ewha Womans University, South Korea. In addition, Dr. Jeon earned a Master of Science degree in Merchandising from the University of North Texas.
Previously, Dr. Jeon worked as a researcher for a government agency (Korea Information Society Development Institute) and as a lecturer at the University of North Texas. She has taught several key courses in marketing, retailing, consumer behavior, advertising and supply chain management areas.
