Fall 2026 Commencement
The Fall 2026 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the MacGorman Chapel on the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary campus.

| September 21, 2026 | Deadline for all substitutions, waivers and requests for off-campus credit to be submitted to Student Records |
| September 29, 2026 | Last day to change your primary name or request a preferred name for the diploma and commencement program |
| October 14, 2026 | Deadline for final graduate student degree audits to be submitted to Student Records |
| November 20, 2026* | Last day to order regalia online from Herff Jones without additional fees. After this date, regalia must be purchased from the bookstore. |
| December 2, 2026* | Last day to RSVP for participation in the Robing and Hooding Ceremony & Commencement |

Guest Information for Commencement
Graduates who submitted an RSVP are allowed 10 guests. Guests do not need a ticket to attend; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open one hour before the ceremony begins.
Wheelchair-accessible seating is available. Email graduation@txwes.edu for accommodations.
