Official electronic transcripts (PDF version) and official paper transcripts are $10.00 each. Transcripts may be purchased through Texas Wesleyan’s transcript ordering service by clicking the below ‘Order a Transcript’ link.
An unofficial transcript is not an acceptable authorized document; it is used primarily for students viewing their semester information and grades. Unofficial transcripts are available only to currently enrolled students through Ramlink. To access your unofficial transcript, log in to Ramlink, at the student section under Academic Profile, click on Transcript. You then will select UG-Undergraduate; GR-Graduate or DOC-Doctoral from the drop-down menu. Click submit and your unofficial transcript will be available to you.
We do not guarantee same-day service for either mail, electronic, expedited, or pickup delivery method orders. Transcripts are processed in date order. During registration and/or peak periods and graduation preparation days, processing may take longer. Please visit our Academic Calendar to review such dates, as well as, closures and break days.
Transcripts selected for mailing or pickup are completed in 3 to 7 business days following receipt of the request and payment during non-peak periods.
Transcripts that have been designated for electronic delivery are completed in 1 to 3 business days during non-peak periods.
For rush orders on paper transcripts, students may ask to have their requests expedited. The cost includes the paper transcript fee of $10.00 and the expedited fee of $30.00 (totaling $40.00). Expedited transcripts cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box and will be automatically cancelled. Expedited requests received during non-business hours and after 2 pm of a business day are processed on the next business day after the requested date.
