For the second straight year, the Texas Wesleyan athletic training quiz bowl team earned a top three finish at the 2019 District 6 Quiz Bowl in San Marcos, TX. District 6 includes schools from Texas and Arkansas.

The team is made up of Corizon Rojas, Breanne Zuniga, Adrian Rosales and alternate Jessie Velazquez.

Quiz Bowl questions are taken from the 5 domains of professional athletic training practice: Injury and Illness Prevention and Wellness Promotion, Examination, Assessment and Diagnosis, Immediate and Emergency Care, Therapeutic Intevention and Healthcare Administration and Professional Responsibility.
