New student arrival information

Arrival Information

All international students confirmed to attend, i.e. you received a student visa, transferred your SEVIS record to Texas Wesleyan or otherwise confirmed, receive information as to when/where to report for the first semester. If you are confirmed but did not receive or have access to this information, please email internationaladmissons@txwes.edu.

The International Programs (IP) Office is located in the Dan Waggoner Annex, ground floor. A campus map is available here. Do not arrive to school earlier than directed by the IP Office, Residence Life or your athletic program coach! Arrive only during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time [UTC-06:00 CST, UTC-05:00 CDT]). Bring all transcripts and test scores used to gain admission to Texas Wesleyan University with you in original hard copy. In most cases, we will make certified copies in our office and return the originals to you.

If you arrive earlier than the report date and housing availability, or if you arrive outside of normal business hours, Texas Wesleyan generally cannot accommodate you and you should make your own arrangements.
