TAG Day

March 7 is TAG Day!

Each year, the Office of Alumni Relations sponsors Thanking All Givers (TAG) Day to show students and the campus community the impact donations have on our school. TAG Day also provides a way to express gratitude for those who have given back to the University.

What is TAG Day?

More than 100 tags are placed on buildings and programs — including offices, campus landmarks and classrooms — to serve as a visual reminder that donor generosity has TAG Day to thank all givers and donors. helped make Texas Wesleyan what we know and love.

TAG Day also gives students the opportunity to share their appreciation to our donors through social media, written thank you notes or thanking, in person, current faculty and staff donors who are given gold tag stickers to wear on TAG Day.

Why are donations important?

Texas Wesleyan relies on the support of generous donors to enhance the student experience. Our alumni, faculty, staff and university friends help make Texas Wesleyan a place where students can thrive and we could never thank them enough for all they do.

Donations also affect the University's national rankings. Foundations and corporations consider donor giving percentages before awarding grants or large gifts to Texas Wesleyan. All gifts, of any size, truly make a difference!
