ProWorkflow is the project management system the marketing department uses to intake and manage project requests. During this session, the creative services manager will show you how to use ProWorkflow, as well as the best practices and policies for working with our office.

Are you ready to be in the media? The director of communications hosts individual and group training sessions for faculty and staff on campus. You'll learn how to prepare for an interview and effectively promote your areas of expertise. We'll also show you how to identify news worthy stories.

Are you ready to step up your game? The digital marketing office hosts advanced training sessions on different topics such as web writing best practices, most common T4 mistakes, optimizing your department's website, the best way to market an event and more.

Living Smaller. Smarter. Training series

"Smaller. Smarter." isn't just a tagline, it's our way of life. In this new training series, we're focused on bringing students the awesome customer service experience they deserve. A few topics included in this 12-month program are:

  • Self-assessment of your department's strengths and weaknesses
  • Effective communication by phone, email or in-person
  • Organizing policies and processes

Not only will you get a certificate of completion at the end of the series, but you'll also have a kick-butt plan of action to start giving students an even better Texas Wesleyan experience.
