About the Program
Are you interested in a career in medicine, dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine or physical therapy? The program has the tools and advice you need to get to professional school after graduation.
The School of Arts and Sciences offers degrees for students interested in professional school after they graduate from Texas Wesleyan. Each advises you to take the basic requirements to apply for several professional schools in the state of Texas.
What requirements do I have to meet?
Professional schools have basic requirements you have to meet. Your pre-health science advisor will work with you to plan your schedule to meet those requirements. Take a look at your graduate school options and the requirements you'll need to meet.

Joint Admission Medical Program (JAMP)
The Joint Admissions Medical Program (JAMP) is a special program created by Texas State Legislature to encourage highly qualified, economically disadvantaged students who want to pursue a career in medicine. JAMP supports undergraduate scholarships and summer stipends.
