Neidine Ramirez is a first-generation college student who earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Equine Science Certification from Texas A&M University. Neidine comes from another Upward Bound Program where she served as an Academic Advisor. Being an Upward Bound Alumni herself, she witnessed the value, importance, and impact on the next generation Upward Bound programs provide that she wanted to come back and serve in those same programs that poured so much into her. Neidine continues to work with a variety of students ranging from infants to undergraduates because she understands and embodies the meaning of "it takes a village to raise a child." She is now the Upward Bound Math & Science Coordinator at Texas Wesleyan University. Fun Facts about Neidine is that she loves watching anime, enjoys trying out new foods, and traveling.
