Graduation Application Deadline Dates
An application for graduation must be submitted during the term prior to completion of graduation requirements.
- Nov. 1 is the application deadline for spring graduates.
- April 1 is the application deadline for fall graduates.
- Online MBA students must apply for graduation at least 2 sessions before they intend to graduate.
If the application deadline falls on a non-business day, applications will be due the next university business day.

Graduation Fees
All students are charged a graduation fee which will be applied to their student account during their graduating semester. The graduation fee must be paid even if the student does not graduate or participate in the commencement ceremony. The fee covers the printed diploma, diploma cover, and services rendered for processing the graduation application. Students will be charged a graduation fee each time they submit a graduation application. Therefore, students should meet with their advisors to ensure they are ready to graduate.
