How do payment plans work?
Look for a new payment plan provider in Summer 2018. The new plans will be easy to use, flexible and convenient. In the meantime, please make plans to visit your student account regularly and make payments there. You can also go to the Cashier's website at https:txwes.edu/cashier and select Make a Payment link or click here.
To finish out Spring 2018 term payment plans
Visit https://secure.factstuition.com/facts/mypmtplan to review your current payment plan. This is the login that you entered when setting up the payment plan. This will direct you to the Nel-Net (facts) website for your specific payment plan for information.

Set up a payment plan online with e-Cashier:
- Log into your RamLink Account.
- Click on Make a Payment under the Financial Information section.
- Authenticate your account with your student ID number
- Choose which term you wish to view.
- Choose one of the payment plan options.

The cashier's office will NOT take payments over the telephone.
Please allow 3-4 business days mailing time to ensure payment is received on or before the payment due date, or you can pay online for the current semester with e-Cashier. It can take 3-4 days before a payment can be seen on the student account.
What if I am on a payment plan but I receive additional financial aid to reduce my remaining balance?
Your tuition payment plan will automatically update as your balance increases, decreases, or if payment is no longer necessary. If payment is no longer necessary the school will send an update periodically to the payment plan provider. Please know updates are subject to processing times from Texas Wesleyan University and the payment plan provider. Always contact the Cashier's Office directly once additional financial aid has been processed. You may call (817) 531-4456 or email email@example.com.
If you receive tuition reimbursement from any third party payer (such as Texas Tomorrow Fund, DARS, or Veterans benefits) you must contact the cashier's office each semester for verification. You will need to complete an agreement form and an acknowledgment form. You need to be aware that any remaining balance, the student is responsible for. And no advances are posted on third party payments.
What if I have submitted my FAFSA and I have not been awarded yet? What can I do to save my class roles?
Payment is due Dec. 5, for Spring. Summer is due May 5, and Fall is due Aug. 5. You must pay in full OR set up a payment plan while you await your financial aid award. For additional help, please call 800-609-8056, Nel-Net (FACTS) Customer service representatives. They are available Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m. (CST), and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m (CST).
Students may also view their tuition pay account 24/7 by logging on to "My Facts Account" available by clicking below and using the Institutional Identification Code 0G089 (Zero G Zero 89).
At My Facts (Nel-Net), you can check payment status, payment due dates, payment amounts, and other important account information in real time. This service is only available to students currently enrolled on a payment plan.
