Summer Reading Clinic

reading clinicEnhancing Literacy Comprehension

The Texas Wesleyan Reading Clinic is designed and taught by Master of Education students who are working on a reading specialist degree.

Teachers will conduct both formal and informal assessments on each child, then plan appropriate literacy lessons to meet their needs.

Older students will learn to read independently, learn sight words, build comprehension and gain the skills and confidence necessary for success in school.
