How You Can Make a Payment
Whether you’re on campus or on the go, you can make a payment to your Texas Wesleyan account using one of the following options:
We offer the following online payment options:
- Credit/debit card -The University accepts American Express, JCB, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All credit card and debit card payments using Transact Campus SmartPay, will be charged a service fee. This charge is assessed by Transact Campus, Inc. Service fees are included in your transaction and are paid directly to Transact Campus, Inc. Service fees are non-refundable. The service fee covers the cost of processing the payment transaction and the security compliance and certification requirements that ensure the protection of sensitive and personal consumer data. The minimum service fee for card transactions over $20 and less than $106 will be $3.
- All bank account payments (checking or savings) made using Transact Campus SmartPay, will be charged a service fee of $0.50. This charge is assessed by Transact Campus, Inc. Service fees are included in your transaction and are paid directly to Transact Campus, Inc. Service fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to verify your routing and account numbers with your bank.
- 529/College Savings Plan - You are able to request a payment from your savings plan through our online payment portal.
- International Payments - Make your payment using the currency of your choice, using your international bank account or credit card with no international wire fees, right from the payment portal.

For cash or check payments only, please stop by our office. Cashier’s are located on the 3rd floor of the Oneal-Sells Administration Building.
For check payments:
- Make the check payable to Texas Wesleyan University
- Have the student ID number in the check memo line
- Have a valid state issued ID/Driver's License present for checks over $500
- Only US funds are accepted
Check payments can be mailed to the university.
- Make your check payable to Texas Wesleyan University
- All checks need to be in U.S. dollars
- Make sure to include the student ID number on the check
